Privacy policy

Divotron is operated by Uxley Robotics Inc., a Canadian company. This policy explains how we handle information you share through divotron.com and information associated with using our website.

Information you share

Our enquiry forms ask for your name and email address. You can also choose to share your golf club or organisation, role, phone number, message, and course or repair-area details. We receive any information you send us directly by email. Please share only what is relevant to your enquiry.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss Divotron or the Founding Partner Program, and manage the related conversation and business relationship. Submitting an enquiry is not a request to subscribe to a newsletter.

The services behind this website

Framer hosts this website. Enquiries submitted through our forms are sent to Zoho CRM, which we use to organise and follow up on conversations. Framer Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics help us understand website usage and performance. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

Website analytics and browser storage

Our hosting and analytics providers process technical information about visits, such as pages requested, browser and device information, approximate location, and page performance. Technical request information, including an IP address, may also be processed to deliver and protect the website. Framer Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics do not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Cloudflare states that it does not fingerprint visitors for analytics. Our forms use a temporary receipt identifier in your browser’s session storage to display a submission confirmation; that identifier does not contain your contact details.

Where information is processed

Our service providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access requests.

Retention and protection

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including any resulting business relationship and applicable legal requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual requirements. Withdrawing information needed to respond may limit our ability to continue your enquiry.

Questions or privacy requests

Please contact Charles Huxley at Uxley Robotics Inc. using the email below. You can also raise concerns with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy authority that applies to you.

Updates to this policy

We may update this page when our website or information-handling practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
